Retail Sales: SPARKS Selling

As part of its strategy for providing a consistent and gratifying buying experience to end-user consumers across the country, Hearth & Home Technologies decided to establish and deliver a retail sales training program that would set the industry standard.

They partnered with DiffStrat, and together we created SPARKS Selling. This two-day, interactive workshop, designed specifically to sell hearth solutions, exposed salespeople to HHT’s unique selling philosophy, a six-step selling process focused on uncovering and exceeding consumer needs, and the opportunity to plan for future sales success. One week after roll-out, secret shoppers were reporting near-perfect sales performances from SPARKS Selling participants.
