Disappointed in the file cabinet sales of its National Accounts, The Hon Company wanted to create a quick and easy training experience to give retail salespeople the knowledge and confidence to sell file cabinets.

We worked with HON's team to design a user-friendly File Cabinet Selection Guide appropriate for both salespeople and consumers. Then we created a fast-paced, contemporary training video of a salesperson leading a consumer through the decision-making process using the guide.
