Process Based Management: The Omega Odyssey™

When Cessna Aircraft Company decided to transition from a functional organization to a Process Enterprise, it retained DiffStrat to help prepare employees for a big change.

We designed an eight-hour workshop that included a dynamic experiential learning game as the centerpiece for driving important lessons about change and human behavior. Through the game, the participants experienced the reasons why Cessna needed to change to a Process Enterprise, were made aware of the problems and challenges that would occur during the transition, and developed a personal action plan for success.
