As Rockwell Collins prepared to implement the SAP computer system, it expected organizational resistance.

We helped overcome resistance through a workshop that introduced participants to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and SAP. The workshop prepared employees for organizational implementation and helped foster employee commitment and action. Follow-up communication was based on the theme, “SAP is comin’... and it’s gonna be a bear.” This campaign aimed at deflating the stress associated with adopting the new system and featured posters and live rap performances by Goldilocks and her bear companion at sites that were about to go live.
