When Hearth & Home Technologies heard about the success of Presentation Skills at its sister companies, Allsteel Inc. and The HON Company, they wanted a piece of the action.
   We started with our basic program to help salespeople develop more effective presentation skills in three key areas: image, content and delivery. Then we turned up the heat, customizing the language and concepts to meld with HHT culture. The result was a highly interactive course designed to give participants hands-on practice and constructive feedback on their presentation styles and abilities. Participants finish the program with common skills, greater self-confidence, and practical resource materials for becoming more successful and dynamic speakers.
