Cessna Aircraft Company decided to revamp its Performance Management Process and transition to an online system. Cessna knew it needed help not only training employees on how to use the online tool, but also on educating employees about the new process and the reasons for the change away from the old process.

DiffStrat helped create a training and communication program to familiarize participants with the new system and motivate participants to take responsibility for their own personal and career development goals.
