When Bandag, Inc. was preparing to add an emergency road service program to its services, Bandag called on us to help the company gain a competitive advantage.

We conducted various focus groups with customers, dealers, and internal client representatives. We used this information to identify key shortcomings of alternative road service programs and to identify customers’ desired road service metrics. Upon completion of the research, DiffStrat assisted in implementation of the program through design of training, collateral materials, advertising, and sales brochures to launch the highly successful Emergency Tire Assistance program.
