Several years into implementation, The HON Company needed a way to reenergize the workforce attitude toward Rapid Continuous Improvement and motivate members to take it to the next level. HON came to us for a solution. We produced a high energy promotional video that can be used in multiple venues, including RCI meetings, RCI training classes, and as part of new employee orientation.

Based primarily on the voices and visuals of operators who do the work, this 13-minute video explains key concepts behind RCI, outlines its benefits, and urges members to get involved through peer examples and real results. It also furthers employees’ understanding of how RCI helps HON serve customers through continuous improvement and, ultimately, its members by making HON a better place to work.
